Why do I need an Additional Services Proposal?
If there’s already a Services Agreement between a service provider and its client and additional services are being provided to the same client, this Proposal records the key terms for the new engagement (such as scope, deadlines, deliverables, and fee) and incorporates the general terms of the existing Services Agreement. You don’t need another Services Agreement! If you sign a Proposal before the existing services are complete, the length of your Services Agreement is automatically extended. If you have a Services Agreement with a continuous term, you can agree a Proposal under it at any time.
The Proposal is simple, short and easy to understand, without legalese. It’s easy to tailor to each new engagement by answering a few straightforward questions.
